Shipping Policy

At Kayatri, we work hard to deliver your handcrafted products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. We take all necessary care to ensure your package reaches you safely. We can ship to almost any address worldwide.

Dispatch Timeframes
  • Since our products are handmade, exact dispatch times may vary
  • For Indian addresses: We typically ship within 3-5 working days after receiving your payment
  • For international addresses: Dispatch usually takes 7-10 working days
  • Always check the product description for specific dispatch information
  • During festivals or unexpected situations, shipping may take longer than usual
  • Kayatri reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion
Shipping Process
  • You will receive shipping details by email once your order is on its way
  • If your order is canceled, lost, or not delivered, we will issue a gift card for the full amount including shipping
  • For partial order cancellations, we will issue a gift card for that portion
  • If you return a delivered order, we will issue a gift card (no cash refunds)
  • Shipping charges are based on item weight - some items may qualify for free shipping while others will have charges calculated at checkout
  • We partner with India's best shipping companies including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Shree Maruti, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees
  • International shipments are sent through UPS, FEDEX, or DHL based on availability
Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Orders weighing less than 5kg ship by air
  • Orders above 5kg ship by surface transport
  • Delivery typically within 7-10 working days after dispatch
  • All packages can be tracked
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. BOX, APO, or FPO addresses
  • We require your complete physical address, phone number, and PIN code

Holiday Shipping & Possible Delays

  • Orders placed during holidays may face delays due to higher shipping volumes
  • Shipping companies sometimes issue "exceptions" when deliveries cannot be made on time
  • An exception might occur due to weather events or address errors
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners
  • Please provide accurate shipping information to prevent delays
  • Orders with incorrect addresses will be held until we receive the correct information

Order Processing

  • We prioritize processing orders with expedited shipping
  • Orders placed before 12 noon are typically processed first
  • Please check your package carefully when it arrives
  • If the package weight differs from what's on the airway bill or if the package is damaged, please note this with the delivery person
  • Kayatri cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during transit
  • Once you receive and accept the package, it is considered a successful delivery
International Duties & Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country
  • These charges must be paid by you when your package reaches customs
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts
  • Customs policies vary by country - please contact your local customs office for information
