Return & Exchange Policy

At Kayatri, we value your trust and satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy before making your purchase.

When You Can Return Products
  • We accept returns only for items with actual manufacturing defects
  • You must inform us about any defects within 3 days after receiving your order
  • You need to send us a complete unboxing video showing all angles of the product when requesting a return
How to Return Products
  • If our team approves your return request, you'll need to send the product back to our Sikar, Rajasthan office
  • You will be responsible for all costs of shipping the product back to us
  • Once we receive and check the returned product, we will arrange your exchange
What Cannot Be Returned
  • Products you simply don't like or no longer want
  • Items where you're unhappy with the color (please note that actual colors may look slightly different from website photos due to lighting and screen settings)
  • Handmade Bandhani and Gotapatti items with small craft-related details like tiny holes from thread work or small dye variations - these are natural characteristics of handmade products
Additional Policy Details
  • Canceling Orders: Kayatri may cancel any order at our discretion
  • Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for damage that happens during shipping. Please check your package before accepting it - if it looks damaged, please refuse to accept it
  • Time Limit: We will not accept any return requests made more than 3 days after delivery
  • Product Condition: All returned items must have their original tags attached and be in unused condition. We will not accept returns of products without original tags
  • Custom Items: Products that have been customized or altered (including size adjustments or fall/piko additions) cannot be returned
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during sales are not eligible for return
Refund Information
  • We do not provide cash refunds
  • For approved returns, we offer:
    • Product exchanges (up to the value of your original purchase)
    • Store credit for future shopping
  • Shipping costs are not included in exchanges
